In 2023, two leaders in the local housing advisory industry came together to answer a mounting problem that was robbing the region’s developers, homebuilders, commercial lenders, and other related professionals of the ability to fully capitalize on the needs of the local housing market.
The Houston market now lacked a Texas-based, community-driven, and locally different housing Industry advisory and market Insights firm. A need arose for the return of a professional services firm that combines broad-based, granular housing market data with trusted advisors who possess deep market knowledge, experience, and relationships. Realizing the need — and with deep-rooted success as a locally based resource — Lawrence Dean and Danny Ware formed Community Builders Advisory Services (CBAS). Mike Inselmann, one of the two original founders of Texas’ premiere housing data firm, serves as an Advisor to CBAS, further strengthening the company’s foundation.
Community Builders Advisory Services hosted its first member and prospect events in late 2023 and its first quarterly briefing in April 2024.
